I'm in the process of moving to a new address. I have been checking the My Sky app and the website to book a slot to move but every time, every day no slots come up.
I have moved several times in the past and booked it via the app before, but I'm not getting anywhere this time! It's almost like the bods who run the thing have dismantled this feature because they can't cope with people booking online.
What do I do? Do I ring Sky up? What number do I call? I've tried emailing them, no joy. It's really getting on my wick.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
