Recently upgraded from Sky+ to Sky Q one main box two mini boxes. Everything works fine until a programme on Sky Atlantic for recording required the parental control PIN. This number is the same PIN we used on the Sky+ and will not have changed on the upgrade.However the reset/change PIN box continues to indicate incorrect PIN .We have also tried the last 4 numbers on the new viewing card and last 4 numbers of credit card used to pay the monthly bill. All failed so where do I go from here?

Just slightly confused @Bazzer1 .
Pin is not normally required when recording.
Only when watching. Unless of course the are tryin to select the program to watch before recording it.
Regardless have you tried to change the pin.
