Changing SKY Q box

I have just received a new SKY Q box via DPD in error I have returned my other SKY boix not the SKY Q box need to get it back!

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers.

 

Do you mean you've returned a mini box in error, or a mini box was received but you've returned your main box? Either way you'll need to call Sky to get this sorted. You might not get the exact same box back as that will be on its way back to a giant warehouse.
