Changed internet can’t get multi box to work

We have changed internet provider

Got new details in main box & it's working but can't get multiroom box to work.. 

Only 2 lights on booster - is that correct? 
Is there somewhere to put new details for booster & multiroom box?

Hi @Denise621 

Which suppliers did you change from and to?

Also assuming you have a Sky Q booster where is it located in relation to your router , main Q box and mini?

Changed from Talk Talk to Fibrus.. 

Booster directly beside new router..

Fibrus provided 2 routers..
