Cannot use Discovery Plus

My Sky account is not talking to the Discovery Plus account. I know that because last October I contacted Discovery Plus Support and told them - they gave me  complimentary one month access and said that the issue should be resolved by then. It was not.  I got on to Sky again, went through all of the nonsense you have to do which took two hours. In the end they sent me a new Sky Q box. It is still the same.

 

I know that the issue is that the accounts are not talking to each other because it works if Discovery Plus activate it from their end.

 

I don't want to ring them again because I know that I will be on the phone for an hour and be taken through all of the things which will not make any difference.  I am considering ending the contract because I am not in breach of it - they are. I am paying for a service and am not getting it.  Any suggestions?
