Cannot play sky

Can't get my second sky box to work. It's says to press and hold the arrows till it flashes and it's already flashing

@Rosebudbaldo2 when it says press and hold the arrows it means on the nearest piece of Q equipment  either main Q box or if you have Sky broadband you can do the same on the router if you don't have Sky broadband you can only press the WPS button (the one with arrows) on the main Q Box
