Cannot get TNT Sports in HD despite having the subscription

i have the subscription but HD is not showing up - can't get through to sky on the phone.

Terrible service.

Hi @smeikle29   Have you tried a power reboot of your Sky Q Main box? Note I assume you subscribe through Sky and not direct with BT. With BT, HD is extra.

yes tried all that - yes subscribe with Sky and they don't answer the phone anymore.
