Not having much fun with Sky since I transferred from Virgin due to their excessive pricing.
Today (Christmas Day!) a fuse shorted out elsewhere in the house... and now, all I can get on the television is ITV X. Any attempts to get another channel is met with the same message - 'Please wait for your programme to load...' In short, it doesn't - some four hours after that damn message first appeared...! Help please, before it totally spoils Christmas for all of us?
Overall, the message is that, changing to Sky is only a good option if the service matches the better pricing!

We're having similar issues, had a power cut & now cannot get network connection. Main sky box working fine, phones have internet. But sky Q Mini boxes are not working.

@Noeline Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then rebooted your mini box

@Laing1 I've not unplugged the main box but have with the mini which didn't help. I'll try it in the morning. Thank you
