Cannot activate Disney +

Hi I have signed up for Disney + . I have received my email asking me to activate, which I have done. I've gone back in to sign in and it says I haven't subscribed yet!! 
help please 

I've phoned sky but he didn't know either, he just said he will unsubscribe me and he will restart after 24hrs- which he didn't do!
