Did you have Disney plus with Disney before trying to activate with Sky, If so and it was a higher tier than the basic with add, when you activate with Sky it will take you to payment page to put in credit or debit card. The reason for this is it's only the billing that's transferred to Sky your Disney plus tier remains the same but with a discount from Sky. If you want to change to free basic with ads tier with that login, you have to activate on your present tier and payment for the first month. Once activated you can then go in to sky marketplace and downgrade to the free basic with ads tier which will take affect fro the next payment date.
