Cancelling a return

I Downgraded my package recently due to costs rising. I did not realise I had cancelled my multi room subscription at the same time so restarted this the day after my package change. I am now being told I have to return my boxes even though I am paying for multi room, is there any way of stopping this from happening and stopping the charges?

@Ridley99

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi @Ridley99

You need to contact Sky directly.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Select Need more help
at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.
Ignore all automated messages and wait for an agent
