We're only other customers here I'm afraid, you'll need to phone or chat with Sky directly. Either 150 on a Sky broadband landline or Sky mobile or have a look at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky

If you are out of contract with your Sky Cinema pack or on a 31 day offer for Sky Cinema, you may be able to do this within your MySky app or MySky online account.

True, that's something I tend to forget because I've never once been able to that with any add-on in 18 years with Sky. It's a bit annoying to be honest.

@BabeRuth1
You need to contact Sky giving 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them, because the discounts were provided on the understanding you’d be paying that discounted price for the full period. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t affect another discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling using the number that should appear.
