Cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my sky broadband and sky q for 3 weeks and not getting anywhere. The monthly subscription has been taken out of my bank account.  I received an acknowledgement re the changing of my broadband band provider on 6th August. I have tried to speak to someone they told me they had to raise something or other and that someone would ring me. I'm still waiting and really not happy. I have been a sky customer for a long time but due to lack of support I am now cancelling my sky well if I can

Hi @Karinap2   Your only option is to contact Sky. As fellow customers, we can't help you.
