Cancel my sky

So for nearly three months I've been asking sky on loads of occasions to cancel my subscription they say they will and send a box out to return the stuff 

so now it's December 2024 no box bill keeping getting g higher and I carnt afford to pay it won't take my calls they want to start and give some customer service and they wonder why I want to leave

Why won't they take your calls? Are your services restricted due to being behind on your payments?

Yes but before all this I asked asked asked to cancel. They not getting no money out of me I'm going to see solicitors

We don't know the full story obviously but Sky won't speak to you until you pay what they believe you owe and you can't cancel while in arrears. You need to pay the amount owed to sort this and Sky will reimburse you if they have wrongly charged you.

Are you in a discounted lockin period?

 

Solicitors aren't going to cost you less moneythat's for sure
