Cancel my Netflix boost

Your ploy to get people to inadvertently sign up to Netflix boost has worked. My child pressed the button as you didn't require any password or two step authentication and you got another £23 out of me this month. I want a refund the package released and an apology before going to social and professional media outlets with this disingenuous and unscrupulous attempt to scam your users.

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself you would need to call sky about this issue
