Can’t watch Netflix or itvx

I can open the Netflix and Itvx apps, I can watch the trailers and choose a programme but then it comes up with a message to say there is a problem and try again later.

Try rebooting your Q box first.  If that doesn't work try a reboot of your Internet router.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thank You, I managed to speak to someone at Sky and he told me to turn it on and off again and now it's working fine.
