Can't upgrade to UHD

Hi Folks, I currently have SKYQ 2TB with HD and Signature packs, I want to take up the UHD offer but the select option on the website is greyed out, I've tried doing it via the box itself but no joy. I've had the pack in the past but downgraded so I know its nothing technically wrong on my end.

any ideas?

Hi @stoo76 

Have you tried selecting the Offers tab on the top Community line of this forum.

See if you can upgrade in there.
