Can’t return

I am currently on holiday and have no means to return the equipment as yet . I was waiting to get the retun pacakage in the post but hadn't recived it before I left please advise many thanks mr Metin Ahmet

I assume you've been prompted by Sky. If you're late sending back the equipment you may end up being billed for it. But once you send it back, you'll be able to get the charge refunded - we can ask the Messaging team here to help with that when the time comes. Be sure to obtain and keep indefinitely proof of postage when you send the equipment back.

I haven't received the packaging so I couldn't  send it back can I contact when I back so I can send it back asap

Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
