Engineer was supposed to come on Wednesday 14th August, but received message from Sky that it had to be cancelled. Discussed with customer service via WhatsApp, who rescheduled for the 20th August...
but then the next day I receive a message saying that the engineer is coming to visit, but I'm not at home. I call Sky, and they say I'll be contacted via phone within 24 hours.
Today I just receive a prompt message from Sky to reschedule. The link doesn't allow me to do it and asks me to call sky, and the sky phone call redirected me to the same link. And now I have no engineer booked.
Can someone please take control of this? I don't know how I'm supposed to get an engineer booked if customer service just isn't letting me.
