Can’t get Sky connection to printer

Printer says issue MAC address is enabled not sure what that means and if it's enabled needs to be added to my permitted devices and I do not know how or why I need to do this as printer used to be connected to WiFi

it's so frustrating

You've posted in the Sky Q (TV service) forum?

Has something changed on your network?  WiFi printers just need to be connected to your hub - the MAC address shouldn't be an issue as is handled in the background normally.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I suspect that actually reads 'MAC address filtering enabled' (which would itself be mistaken because by default Sky Hubs don't do any such thing)
