Can't download from Sky Comedy

I have been watching series 4 of Miracle Workers on the Sky Comedy channel. I had series link set but this failed to record the last 2 episodes. I have tried to download these but I am getting an error message asking me to upgrade my package!

Does anyone know what the issue is and how to rectify this?
