Can’t connect sky box to Wi-Fi

I am having a problem connecting my sky box to my Wi-Fi. I have reset my router and done a software update on my sky box and it just keeps telling me it can't connect. I have the correct password for the router as all my other devices connect with no problem. Could it be a problem with the Wi-Fi card on the sky box? 
I am willing to try anything people suggest.

Hi @Mad+Martyn Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
