Can’t change engineer visit

I have an engineer visit booked for Saturday February 15th to install Sky Q TV but I'm trying to change this. I can't do it via the MySky app. It says there are no dates available to reschedule. Sky customer service are no help either when I ring about it.

Ok, I don't think the other customers here can do anything more.  You'll have to persevere with contacting Sky directly.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @SG110 

If there are not any alternative dates there is not a lot you can do apart from cancel it.
