It may be a hard disk problem.
What happens if you try to pass or rewind live TV?

Are you getting any errors on screen when trying.
Have a read of both these Sky Q help articles, which tend to lead to a reset of hard drive, if cannot be fixed by a restart of your Sky Q box.
