Can't access Apps on SkyQ.

SkyQ was installed today but i didn't realise the apps weren't working until the engineer left and I can't get talking to anyone at Sky. I'm regretting get it in already.

Chances are that the software & apps are not fully up to date :

To check & refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-basic-checks

 

Note the step to refresh the apps may take  a few hours or longer for them to be refreshed

Hi @Sunnyside95   New and refurbished Sky Q boxes arrive with old delivery software and need to be updated. Currently Q300. Home -> Settings-> System info -> Software version.
