Can’t access Apps on Sky Q

'Home' says I don't have internet connection but I do. Cant access any Apps. Can record and watch all my channels as normal. Checked all cables and my sky broadband is fine. Tried rebooting several times but still says no network connection. Had a text from Sky 2 days ago, apologising for my issues and all sorted now but it isn't

@Lee251 did you rte-boot your router first ? also what colour of router do you have from Sky black or white ?


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
