@haythorne3665 You will have to call Sky to arrange that, there will be a fee and i believe its around £65 adn it may take a while as there are less installers now, you may find it quicker to employ a local installer/engineer to do the work.

Sky would charge in the region of £65 to move the cable or potentially move the dish if there's an alternative suitable site for it. You could try a local satellite company and get a quote.
