Cable extension lead

I am looking to change my room around and will move my t.v to the opposite side of the room looking for best and cost eff6way to extend my cables from the dish to my skyQ box.

A satellite coaxial cable extension kit of appropriate length (or over-long and cut down to size) would almost certainly be cheaper than the £65 which Sky will charge to send an installer: just be sure it's actually a twin satellite rather than aerial kit, and that it includes two F-connector junction barrels.
