I am am trying to find out if there should be a bule light on the front of my Sky main box ?
or if there is no light dose this mean that the Sky box is still in stand by ?
We have just a replacement Sky main box but on the old Sky main box i thought there was always a bule light on the front of it but on this new replacement box there is no blue light .
I just which Sky had an Customer Servies email address or even live chat start to Sky .
