Is this on live Satellite TV or Streaming from On demand?

Hi @Louieruby If it is just your smart TV then reboot your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot.

If your problem is through your SKYQ main box then:-

Try rebooting your router as above, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Live television in Sky Q (received over the satellite dish) doesn't 'buffer'.

 

Discontinuity in viewing is typically caused by an issue with dish alignment
