Broken, very rusty satellite dish

My satellite dish is in urgent need of being replaced. The rust has become so severe that it looks like it will fall away from the high wall. Please will you contact me to arrange to have it replaced. Thank you.

@Phillie+Cottage  You're not talking to Sky Customer service, no one will or can contact you on the back of a forum post from an unlinked account.

You'll need to call Sky to arrange the engineer.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Note that all Sky satellite television contracts transfer ownership of the dish (and cabling) to the householder upon installation: any liability is yours rather than Skys.

Sky will replace a dish at a subscribing address where its condition affects reception, but aren't obliged to do so for aesthetic or even safety reasons.
