Broken aerial cable

My puppy has bitten through the sky aerial so I can't use sky how do I get it repaired please

@Felicia85  If you mean the satellite dish cable you can buy a repair kit and and join the 2 ends together, if you call Sky out there may be a few weeks wait and also a charge.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Your best bet for this is to call Sky to get an engineer out.

That may be a few weeks away though to fix.

Sky will probably charge you £65 for the call-out, as it's damage. You may be able to claim that back on your house insurance.

You could also try calling a local satellite installer, usually found listed under TV and Satellite installers, they may fix it quicker, but probably not as cheap as Sky, if your not prepared for a wait.
