Broken Sky Q Box

Hi. One of my sky Q mini box isn't working. It freezes all the time even on recordings. I've switched the box round in TVs and it's the box that doesn't work. Internet connection is fine etc. how do I get sky to replace the box without sitting on the phone for ages. Thanks

Have you reset the mini box?:

  1. Switch the Sky Q Mini box off at the mains.
  2. Hold down the Reset button on the back of the Sky Q Mini box and switch it back on at the mains.
  3. Keep holding it until the light on the front flashes red and green. This will take about 30 seconds.
  4. Once it flashes red and green, press the standby button on the front of the box.
  5. If the lights don't show after 30 seconds, repeat steps 1 to 2.
  6. The box will then restart.
  7. After the on-screen messages have disappeared, press Home on your Sky Q remote to switch your box back on.

@Tom+PearmanAlthough this looks like the wrong link scroll down until you get to replace box select main or mini box and get a replacement sent by filling in a form.
