Broadband issues

Hi good afternoon 

im with you already and have just renewed my contract with you, when I was speaking to your team they said that once the new broadband was available in my area I could contact you to swop over at no charge to myself , please can you have someone contact me on my mobile no ending in 2944 please so I can swop over to the faster speeds, I have received an email from the broadband team but they require a payment from me , but your team when I signed the agreement said that there would not be a charge when it became available in my area that is CT 179 ET.

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.

 

You will have to initiate contact with Sky. By the way placing personal information such as your full postcode is not recommended on a public forum.

No one from Sky will contact you in response to this post. We are mainly fellow customers on this forum. You will need to ring Sky yourself to discuss this. If you were told something which you believe is incorrect then you can ask Sky to recover the recording of your initial telephone call to check what was promised.
