Broadband interference from neighbour
My SkyQ box drops connection from my Virgin router to my neighbours sky router

Are you certain it's your neighbours network? Sky Q boxes usually show the name of their internal mesh network (something like SKY13579) and people often assume it must be their neighbours network, but it's not.

Thanks & yes that appears so after speaking to my neighbour yesterday !. How do I fix the issue ?

Can you connect via Ethernet?
As a non-Sky broadband it will only connect on 2.4GHz. Try changing the channel to avoid interferring with the neighbours. (Or they change theirs)

Ethernet not possible & have found out that my neighbour broadband is Virgin so no iterference from them

Not sure how you conclude that. The routers are sharing the same spectrum.
Try changing the 2.4G channel.
