Broadband connection keeps being lost by Sky Q box

I can Connect my sKy Q box to my BT broadband but each time or most days I am needing to reset and reinput the password for the Wi-Fi which is really annoying. Each time I do this it works so it is not broadband issue but a Sky Q issue. Can you fix this without needing an Ethernet connection

I couldn't and ended up  using an ethernet connection to a wifi mesh node, along with powerlines for the minis.

Many threads on this topic. Some have been able to improve it.
