Broadband connection issues - all very confusing!

I was about to get on a support call/chat with Sky as I have recently been having connection issues. On the Home screen, it kept on showing as having no network connection.

* In the Settings > Network > Network Setup screen, when trying to conect to a WiFi network, it did no find any networks available
* This is odd because there are two networks available, and which are readily available to other devices in the same location (we are not out of range):
  - The Sky WiFi (SKY4YYIA)
  - A mesh network (fed from the Sky router via Ethernet link)
* As I was about to get on a support call to ask why it is not finding a network, weirdly it appears to have fixed itself, with content showing on the Home screen again. But I'm now not sure if it's connecting to *my* router.

* I checked the network, and it's showing network connection
* In the Network Setup, it shows a network name of 'SKY67014', but that is not a network name I recognise:
- This does not match my Ski router's Wifi name (SSID)
- It also does not match network name of a neighbour (where there signals might sometimes show up in WiFi list), and besides I would not expect it to connect to a neighbour's in error anyway (surely these are password-protected by default?)

So, what *is* this network name that I see? Is it definitely my Sky router, despite the apparent mismatch?

Re: Broadband connection issues - all very confusing!

It's the name of the Sky boxes internal mesh network which is used to link to any mini boxes. People are often confused by this and believe their box has somehow connected to a neighbour's network but it's normal and nothing to worry about.
