Broadband and mini box connection

An engineer came out but couldn't fix problems when will it be fixed 

q mini boxes won't connect and says I haven't got permission to use them so I have no internet and no one can watch tv anywhere else in the house

Sadly, as we are mostly just other customers, I'm not sure we will be able to offer more help over an engineer who has physically been to your property.

Have you tried following the instructions to reactivate the connection between the main Q box and the next closest Q mini? If not, might be worth a go?
