Box says problem with hard disk drive

I put my tv & sky Q box on this morning, the box was making strange noises, tv came on put the box didn't, I could here the tv on in the back ground but had message saying problem with hard disk drive, turn off and try again, tv came on with tv channels but still says problem with hard disk drive.
