Box has to be restarted

I have had non stop problems with the Q boxes.  I have to re-initiate the box everyday, it loses the internet, so I have to restart to get the programs to work.
I have had two new Q boxes, the engineers have been out, but it is still not starting up, when we switch the tv on, it has to be turned off at the mains, and restarted everyday.  This has been an ongoing issue for a month.

How do I get around this problem

Start by turning off the Eco mode on the Q box (and any minis you may have).

Is it possible to plug an ethernet cable between the hub and the Q box? That resolves multiple issues instantly, generally speaking.

Re: Box has to be restarted

Hi

Thanks for your reply, eco is already turned off.  The hub is right next to the box, but the port is in use.
But the issue is I have to reset the whole system
