Hi @Scotland58 If the message on the TV screen says "no satelite signal" turn the power off at the socket on the main SKYQ box and check that the two dish connections on the rear of the box are not loose and tighten the connections, then turn the box back on?

If the message on the screen says " no signal" then try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any mini boxes?

Not sure what you mean by not working if you mean you are not getting any channels  just a blue screen saying there is a problem then probably  the problem is with your dish outside  and you need to contact Sky to get a engineer out to sort out the problem
