Booster box not connected

My white sky booster no longer has the green connected light on and therefore none of the mini boxes are working. I have literally tried everything. And trust me, I have done this many times but this time, no luck

pkease help

Bit hard to suggest anything based on "I have tried everything". What specifically have you tried?

I have unplugged. Reset it, followed the onscreen instructions and held in the WiFi button on the side, pressed the WiFi button in the main sky box, checked the settings on the main box, reset the internet on each box. All of the above several times.

Have you changed your internet router recently?

 

The first thing you have to get working is the WPS synced connection between the booster and router. Sometimes people press the wrong button on the router as they can be a bit tricky to identify.
