Book an Engineer

I am upgrading to SKY Q the engineer was booked to be at my address today but has let me down. I need to book another appointment to upgrade my system

My Sky engineer hasn't arrived

Your engineer can arrive at any time within the time slot we gave you for your visit. The visit might have been missed by you or the engineer if your visit slot has passed - that’s after 1pm for an AM visit or 5pm for a PM visit

 

What happens next

We’ll call you to rebook your visit for the earliest possible date. Usually, it’s the same day as your visit, but sometimes might be the next morning if you have a PM appointment. Missed the call? Don’t worry, we’ll leave a voicemail, if we can, and still book you the first available date. Sign in to Track my order to check or change the visit we’ve booked for you.
