Bogus installation

Six weeks after first reporting a fault with our box an installer finally came round today to fit the replacement sky q box, except they didn't - they walked up to the door, put a note in the letterbox saying they had called and walked straight off again,  no knock on the door, no ringing the doorbell. An absolute joke especially as we've waited so long, will no doubt have to wait another six weeks and they will probably try and charge us £25 for the missed appointment!

all this was caught on cctv by the way.

so the question is how do I get hold of someone senior enough to stop this farce and get a new box installed!

That's a bit confusing: typically a faulty box is swapped out by doorstep exchange with a courier, not 'installed' by Sky personnel.
