Blue screen

My television keeps popping up with a blue screen with loading written on it.

I have switched everything off unplugged the Q box anc television left for 5 minutes then switched back on. I have done ghis twice, but it still keeps happening

Loading? Just that? Don't think that seems like a sky box message...

I've got the exact same problem. Since yesterday morning when watching recorded programmes the screen goes black then blue with loading and a spinning circle in the centre and the q light on the box also goes off. Pressing the SKY button on the remote gets rid of it and the programme continues playing but it's very annoying. Apps and live tv are fine, and can still download on demand content so I haven't reset the box. Anyone know if there's been another glitchy update pushed out?

Mine keeps doing the same. Blue screen. Loading. Press a button and it goes. Sky Q.

Exactly the same issue here. 

Watching live TV and suddenly a blue screen with loading pops up. 

You can exit out of it, or it will do it itself in about 20 seconds. 

Doesn't do it any other time, only when watching live TV

This has happened to me as well. It can't be a coincidence?
