Blue screen when press play on station or recording.

The screen on both TVs show the banners for channels and recordings. T he photos from the programmes recorded are shown as well, but if channel is selected the screen goes blank (blue) the same thing happens if recording is selected, the same thing happens. I contacted SKY service, and did everything he told me to do, resetting an so on. I still have strong signals and connections. I can watch YouTube and Prime video on the apps. I was told it was due to the weather, but there was a rise in temperatures this afternoon, and surely if the weather had affected  the SKY Q box then I wouldn't be able to access the channel banners, or the photos of programmes to watch.
