I cannot watch tv on my mini box - I get a blue screen on all channels and my recordings are unavailable. I have tried re booting and it's connected to the broadband etc but still not working. My main box is fine - it's just the mini box that's the problem. Pretty sure it's broken but can't get a number to ring anyone 🤦♀️

@Liz2026 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
rebooting the mini box
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
