The blue light is pulsing, red light remains on and won't disconnect. Tried turning off power, disconnecting, turn internet off and reconnect. I have a new remove and that doesn't make a difference either . Please can you help ?. Thank you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreLikely needs replacing. I've escalated. Look out for a blue chat bubble. Only other thing to try, afaik, is holding the power button on the box down for 10-15 seconds.
