Blinking red light on sky q box

Good evening. I have a flashing red light on my sky q box. I have tried unplugging, pressing the standby while re-powering up. I saw a previous post to say this happened on a normal sky box and it was suggested the pcb had blown. Is this the same as on a q box?

Resolved now, spoke to Sky and they have replaced the box. Seems like it is a known issue.

i have a blinking red light on the sky q box and cant seem to get in touch with sky as there is no contact details only this stupid messaging board and the online assistant goes round in circles .

becuase of the poor service i will cancel the direct debit for my monthly pay until this is sorted

@dave14268 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

I would advise against cancelling your direct debit all it will do is cause more problems for you and could damage your credit rating or have debt collectors contacting you
