I have several issues and done all the the different step to rectify:(
I've have a new dish new receiver and stil I can't pause or record I can't if I do manage to pause then I can't restart the programme
I constantly have to re connect my remote
so effectively I can't use sky as it's meant to be used

Cancel my subscription please no point having it can't speak to a person so what's the point
